CleanTechRecruits.com, a website owned by Sustainable Practices, Inc., a Nevada corporation, respects the privacy of our Users. Personal information is treated with complete confidentiality and not made available to outside parties unless a User elects to post a resume or job. Even in posting, the User will maintain the ability to control their level of confidentiality.

For Job Seekers

If I register on CleanTechRecruits.com, will my identity remain confidential?  Yes.  Your registration information is only used internally and is not shared, sold, or released to anyone outside of CleanTechRecruits.com.
 
How current are the jobs on CleanTechRecruits.com? To help insure that all jobs offered on CleanTechRecruits.com represent only current opportunities, every posted job expires automatically thirty (30) days from the date it was posted and is then no longer viewable by job seekers. Recruiters and employers are given the opportunity to reactivate their job postings for additional 30-day periods, if needed.
 
How do I update my e-mail address or change my password? After logging in to the Site, click the "My Account" link near the top of each page.  Within “My Profile”, you can make any membership profile changes. Your requested changes take effect immediately.
What if I forget my password? Click the “Sign In” link.  Then click the “Forgot Your Password?” link that appears below the log-in form. After you have followed the instructions, we will email you with a link you can use to change your password.
Can I change my Username?  The Username is the system’s primary electronic identifier and therefore can not be changed.  If you forget it, you can email us from the Primary Contact Person’s email address and request that we send you the Username.  Upon receipt of your email, we will call you back to discuss your options.
How do I change or stop the Job Alert e-mail notifications? CleanTechRecruits.com sends out a weekly Job Alert e-mail notifications.  By default this option is turned on when you become a Member. To stop receiving these Job Alert e-mail messages, simply log on to CleanTechRecruits.com, click the "Personalize Your Job Alerts” link that is next to the green arrow.  There you can edit or unsubscribe from your Job Alerts. 
How can I find out when my CleanTechRecruits.com membership will expire? After logging in, click the "My Account" link near the top of each page, then click the “Subscription History” link. Your membership expiration date is shown in this section.
Will CleanTechRecruits.com automatically renew my subscription when it expires? Yes. CleanTechRecruits.com automatically renews all subscriptions in order to offer your seamless service until you no longer require it.  A few days before your subscription expires, we will send a Subscription Expiration email to the email address we have on file for you.  This email will be your one and only reminder that your subscription is about to renew.

How can I change my subscription level? After logging on, go to "My Account" and click on "Update Subscription". There you will be able to select whatever subscription level you want. Your change will take effect at the end of your current subscription cycle (unless you are on a Basic Plan in which case the change will take place immediately).

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?  Yes!  You may cancel anytime by going to the My Account section of our site.  Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will immediately loose access to all areas of the system that are reserved for subscribed Users.  We will also stop sending you Job Alerts and deactivate all of your associated resume postings.

How do I cancel my subscription?  After logging on, go to "My Account" and click on "Update Subscription".  There you will follow the prompts to deactivate.  Another way to deactivate is to simply follow the link that is embedded in the email we will send you just before your subscription renews.

Can I delete all of my Account Information from the system?  Yes.  If you want to remove all of your registration information and account history from our system, all you have to do is log in, go to "My Account" and click on "My Profile".  At the bottom of the page, there is a button that says "Erase Profile."  Once you click it, your registration information will be erased.
Can I post my resume on CleanTechRecruits.com so that potential employers can find me? Yes we do offer resume posting.  This service is offered at no charge and is strictly optional. 

How do I post my resume?  Once you have logged into the system, click on “Post Resumes” at the top of the page.  Here you will simply follow the instructions.  Tips:  1. Uploaded files such as your MSWord resume file are not searchable by potential employers or recruiters so if you want them to find you based on keywords, be sure to fill out the form on the site.  2. You must complete the resume posting process within 15 minutes or you will be timed out of the database and will have to log in again.
How soon is my resume visible on the Site after I post it? Immediately. CleanTechRecruits.com is a real time database so that when you post or renew your resume it is instantly viewable on the Site by potential employers.
How long will my resume remain posted? Your resume posting will automatically expire after 90 days from the date posted but it will automatically renew for another 90 days until you stop it. We will notify you via email every time you posting renews. If you don't want it to renew, you can just follow the instructions in the email or you can go to "My Account" and click on "My Resumes" to deactivate or delete your posting.

How do I edit a resume posting I have already posted? Click the "My Account" menu button and go to “My Resumes” to view your current resume.  Then select "Edit" and make your changes.  Then click the "Save" button to save your changes, which take effect immediately.

For Employers

Posting jobs that do not exist will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership. CleanTechRecruits.com reserves the right to delete any job posting that we determine does not fit the focus of this Website (Opportunities relating to the Clean Technology industry) or that does not contain a valid e-mail address or Website link.

How do I duplicate a job I have already posted? Many times an employer will have the same position available in different locations around the country (ten new sales jobs in ten different cities for example). With the duplication feature, you can post all of your identical positions in just minutes and they will each show up in the appropriate geographic locations when Candidates search the CleanTechRecruits.com job database. Click the "My Account" menu button and then go to “List of All Jobs.”  There, you will be able to view a list of your current jobs.  Then, select the "Copy" link that us under the job title of the job you wish to recreate. A duplicate job form will be displayed.  Just change whatever information you wish to make different in your new job posting (for instance, change the City and State).  Then click the "Save" button to save your new posting. Repeat as many times as needed for each location.
How do I remove a job from view of Job Seekers? You should use the Activate / Deactivate feature within “My Account / List of All Jobs” when you want to remove a job from Candidates’ view before the job automatically expires.  The job will remain on your Job List for at least 30 days.  During that time, if you want the job to reappear in view of Job Seekers, go back into “My Account” and click on “Activate”.
How do I delete a job I have already posted? Click the "My Account" menu button and go to “List of All Jobs” to view your current jobs list and then select "Delete" next to the specific job you want to eliminate.

General – By registering on CleanTechRecruits.com you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This contract supersedes all terms and conditions and any previous agreements between CleanTechRecruits.com and the User / Registrant. All contents of postings and advertisements are subject to the approval of CleanTechRecruits.com. CleanTechRecruits.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, job posting or URL link, at any time, for any reason. Each User is defined as one unique User with one unique password. Each password is for the sole use of the registered User of CleanTechRecruits.com and is not transferable.
 
CleanTechRecruits.com is an Internet job posting service specializing in the Clean Technology industry. We work with job openings such as R&D, Engineering, Chemistry, Product Development, Sales, Executive Management, etc.

CleanTechRecruits.com authorizes Users to view and access a single copy of the content available on or from CleanTechRecruits.com solely for their personal use.

Term and Termination - Postings and advertisements will automatically renew at the end of the subscription term and Users will be sent notification via email prior. To terminate the renewal of their subscription or postings, Users can either log into their account or email services@cleantechrecruits.com anytime before their renewal date.
 
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a User on CleanTechRecruits.com. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User content from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with your ability to access CleanTechRecruits.com. 

CleanTechRecruits.com may discontinue your access to the Website or suspect or terminate, without notice or liability, your account subscription and/or your access to and use of the Website, for any violation of these Terms of Use or for any other use that CleanTechRecruits.com, at its sole discretion, deems improper.

Renewal - All subscriptions will renew automatically, unless we terminate it or the User cancels. To stop auto-renewing, Users can either log into their account to cancel their subscription or email services@cleantechrecruits.com anytime before their renewal date. 

 
Payment – All payments must be received prior to CleanTechRecruits.com granting the Registrant any Site privileges. Credit Cards, and Corporate Checks are accepted for payment. Any Registrant whose payment is not honored will be immediately suspended from the Site and a 20% service fee will be added to the amount due.
 
Changes and Cancellations – Either CleanTechRecruits.com or the Registrant may cancel this agreement at any time by calling or emailing the CleanTechRecruits.com at services@cleantechrecruits.com or through the Contact Us section of the Web Site. Except in cases where the subscription began with a free subscription or trial period, if Registrant cancels any membership within 3 business days from date of purchase, CleanTechRecruits.com will provide a full refund. If the subscription began with a free period, that free period takes the place of the 3 day cancellation period, and once the paid subscription begins, no refund will be provided.  If, for any reason whatsoever, a Registrant cancels any membership thereafter, the Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
 
CleanTechRecruits.com may also cancel the agreement if Registrant has failed to make any payment when due or has become bankrupt or insolvent. The Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a User on CleanTechRecruits.com. If CleanTechRecruits.com cancels a membership due to breach of terms, or failure to make payments, the Registrant will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User content from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with your ability to access CleanTechRecruits.com.
 
Limitation of Liability – Any failure, interruption, or delay in service to the Site under this agreement, either in whole or in part, resulting from technical difficulties or mechanical failure of computer equipment or internet service, or from strikes, labor disputes, war or national emergencies, governmental restrictions, acts of God, or from any other cause beyond the control of CleanTechRecruits.com, shall not constitute a breach of this agreement. Any damages sustained by User as a result of CleanTechRecruits.com’s breach of this agreement shall be limited to an amount equal to the monies paid by User to CleanTechRecruits.com during the billing period in which the incident occurred.
 
CleanTechRecruits.com makes no representations or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any documents posted by Users, or of any other form of communication engaged in by Users. Documents may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. You agree that any reliance on Documents posted by Users, or on any other form of communication with Users, will be at your own risk.
 
Miscellaneous – CleanTechRecruits.com makes no representations or guarantees regarding the Content of the Site, including, but not limited to, broken links, inaccuracies or typographical errors.
 
You understand that Users make the choice to respond to your postings and may, at their sole discretion, provide you with their contact information and other data. While CleanTechRecruits.com endeavors to provide the most accurate, up to date information, the self-reporting User data may contain inaccuracies or errors and may be changed or updated without notice; we do not verify job seeker or employer data and will not be liable for any such inaccuracies, errors or updates. In preparing and submitting advertisements or job postings to CleanTechRecruits.com you will abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations regarding truth in advertising and equal opportunity laws. You will not use the service to commit a crime, libel, slander, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
 
You understand and agree that CleanTechRecruits.com has not undertaken to act as your agent or representative in dealing with any job seeker and will not be your advocate or agent in any way. You are responsible for negotiating all interviews and financial arrangements directly with the job seeker.
CleanTechRecruits.com is not an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. CleanTechRecruits.com does not guarantee that documents posted by Users will result in Candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any User.
 
Security - Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation: (i) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Violation of these Security Rules may result in civil or criminal liability. CleanTechRecruits.com will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
 
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada: both parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of Nevada courts. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on Sustainable Practices Inc. unless specifically agreed to in writing by Sustainable Practices Inc.
