Engineers with a passion for sustainable living and a proven track record of

Engineer for our Building Efficiency division you will lead large complex projects,

matrixed teams to analyze, solve and implement Johnson Controls solutions for high-profile

As a Project Development Engineer, based in our Syosset, NY location, your primary mission
will be to lead the engineering, process, financial analysis and client benchmarking for
energy efficiency improvement projects across your territory. Leveraging your Certified
Energy Manager, Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional designations paired
with your in depth experience in building systems and operational processes to quickly
understand our bundled programs and how they impact our customers. Your superior
analytical and financial skills are required to develop customer business cases for the
conceptual solution including detailed cost estimates, quantified cost savings,
environmental impact, and risk analysis. You will manage cross functional, matrixed
project teams so your proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget in
this model will be critical to your success. In addition, your ability to apply Johnson
Controls solutions in creative, first-of-their-kind way will be crucial as you lead the
most detailed, large scale, complex project in our pipeline while providing mentorship and
