As a Senior
Production Support Engineer, based out of our Boston, MA. office, your primary objective
will be to maintain and support EnerNOC's energy management platforms that contain J2EE
applications with Flex integrations. Previous experience in debugging and trouble-shooting
coupled with your ability for quick turnaround times will allow you to address customer
issues in Platform and Application areas under tight time constraints. Your background in
implementing new solutions will assist you as you provide analysis and recommend
solutions while implementing and managing an incident tracking system to better
coordinate problem management. Familiarity with two of the following: Java, Flex or
Oracle will prepare you to support the Oracle backend and Java middle tier. A combination
of two of the above paired with your working knowledge of Linux, will put your resume
ahead of the rest. Superior verbal and written communication skills will aid in your
internal interaction, as you work cross-functionally or occasionally are asked to provide
a written de-brief. This job requires you to be on call 24/7. Apply today to join a
