Area: Southern California



Clean Tech Power company in Southern California is looking for a Test and Validation Engineer with an understanding of testing complex systems. This hands-on role will require a strong attention to safety, process and documentation. Previous experience with testing electrochemical systems desired.

Responsibilities:

- Install and commission stacks on systems on a fuel cell rig
- Operate the fuel cell system to perform specific sets of testing in-house or at customer site
- Document test methods and procedures
- Generate test schedules and safe systems of work statement for assigned testing requirement
- Generate, analyze and report results from testing

Requirements:

- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience testing complex systems
- Experience with fuel cell, reformer, chemical process, controls systems, electronics
- Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis and reporting experience, MS Excel
- Must have demonstrated ability to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Experience with Minitab is a plus
