Job Details:
Our client is a rapidly growing, internationally operating company in the area of
photovoltaics with its headquarters in Berlin, Germany. They offer services in all project
development phases, carrying out the planning, financing and realization of freestanding
solar power plants in the megawatt class, and via their subsidiary, they provide the
associated technical and commercial management as well as quality assurance. Currently the
company is active on the markets of six European countries: Italy, Spain, Czech Republic,
Slovakia, UK and Germany. So far they have developed large scale PV power plants with a
total output of more than 100 MW. It is the aim to build a large number of solar power
plants in the coming years, thus making the groups contribution to the production of
environmentally friendly electricity.
To strengthen the team at the Berlin Headquarters, we are looking at the earliest possible
date for a
BUSINESS DEVELOPER ROOFTOP APPLICATIONS
Scope of tasks:
• Building up the department “Roof Top Systems”
• Professional and disciplinary lead of the department
• Acquisition of roof areas and projects
• Development and care of relationships with strategic partners and subcontractors
• Introduction of processes and structures for the Roof Top department including
integration in the group structure
• Building and implementation of the necessary structures in our subsidiaries
• Coordination and setting up of calculation of profitability in cooperation with
internal and external partners
• Coordination with Project Management and Project Finance teams
• Reporting to the Management in the framework of assigned area of responsibility
Your profile:
• University degree in economics or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business, management
• Valuable skills in acquisition and contract negotiation
• Result-oriented, assertive and able independently to work in a world of business
• Good presentation techniques and pronounced interpersonal abilities; good verbal
and written communication skills also on intercultural level
• Analytical adjustment; dynamic, autonomous, result-oriented and creative
personality
• Willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of Business English in speaking and writing
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Position: Full time (40 h)
Reporting Structure:
The holder of the position reports directly to the Managing Director.
