Construction Business Development Manager – Wind Offshore Development and Cables (based in Hampshire with some home working, ref 1107-12



Salary Range £50- 60,000 + Performance Related Bonus



This is a commercial leadership role in a market leading offshore engineering and environmental consultancy that has a growing international profile.

The primary purpose of this role is to play a pivotal part in building the construction management business through effective client relationship management, industry engagement, excellence in managing tenders and proficient personal development. The underlying objective is to ensure delivery of value for our clients.



Essential qualifications and experience required are:-

· 1 - 5 years experience in a business development role in the offshore industry

· Taken a leading role in managing tender responses and tender negotiations

· Secured sales of individual projects in the value range £100-500K plus.



Desirable qualifications and experience are:-

· Offshore Wind or Inter connector Power/Telecoms experience

· Technical or Business Degree

· Project management experience

· Technical understanding of the offshore installation process, such as permits and consents, survey, landfall works, cable storage facilities, vessel operations etc.
