Salary range £50-60,000 and benefits



This is an operational leadership role in a market leading offshore engineering and environmental consultancy that has a growing international profile. The primary purpose of this role is to play a pivotal part in managing the operational activities of the growing associate business, particularly in construction management and client representation activities.

Working in a dynamic team environment and liaising with all departments to ensure availability of appropriately qualified Associates at the right time, whilst meeting the commercial needs of the business. The underlying objective is to ensure delivery of value for clients.



Essential qualifications and experience required are:

- At least 2-3 years offshore sector experience in an operational role managing multiple stakeholders with differing agendas

- Operational and Project Management experience on a large engineering/infrastructure project, including working closely to HSE requirements

- Experience in supporting/leading

- Bidding for project works



Desirable experience includes:

- Offshore Wind or Inter connector Power/Telecoms experience

- A Technical understanding of the offshore installation process, such as permits and consents, survey, landfall works, cable storage facilities and vessel operations etc

- Recognised Project Management Qualification e.g.: APM/PRINCE 2

- Technical or Business Degree
