Its clients include renewable energy project developers, energy utilities, architectural offices, suppliers in the construction markets, maintenance companies, financial institutions and regional and international public authorities.



The Job:

We are looking for a motivated project manager with prior experience in wind energy and project management.



With support from the other team members, your tasks will consist of top-level consultancy services to international customers, including:

•Guidance to project developers throughout project development: from conception, over design until operation

•Study of the technical and economical feasibility of wind energy projects worldwide

•Detailed simulation and analysis of wind farm layouts, detailed resource assessment using advanced modelling techniques

•Risk reduction and quality assurance throughout wind project guidance: project design, wind resource assessment, contracting, follow-up of construction phase, commissioning, operational management

•Contract negotiation and review, due diligence work, technical advisory: guiding wind stakeholders through a successful financial close process



Profile:

Trained as civil or industrial engineer, or equivalent through experience

First work experience in wind energy or project management complemented by an educational background in wind energy.



Skills:

•Experience in wind resource assessment

•Excellent organization skills

•Excellent interpersonal, communication and reporting skills

•Analytical mind combined with a creative and innovative spirit

•Good knowledge of WindPro or similar software

•Fluent in English plus French/Dutch. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset

The offices are located near St Catherine (Brussels City Centre).
