1. Executive Summary

Our major Chinese client are a new established company focusing on green energy power industry. Their business coverage includes design, manufacturing and sales of electrics power, switching power, inverter, converter, UPS, frequency converter and relative equipments and systems. Their PV product family covers residential rooftop, commercial rooftop, utility, accessories and monitoring system.

2. We are looking for two Sales Managers for the European region, and they will report to the global sales director.

Responsibilities and requirements for these two positions.

Sales Manager - Europe

Report to: Global Sales Director

Location: Munich, Germany

Achieve targets for sales revenue, growth and market share in European market of solar energy, wind energy and other clean energy market in East/West Europe, Middle East and Africa;
Identify business opportunities in target markets and provide market and competition reports;
Achieve the objectives established in the company’s strategy;
Develop, maintain and improve business relation with all overseas customers;
Place pricing/quotation under the authority and provide rolling report and sales forecast weekly;
Promote the brand and support marcom activities;
Work closely with technical support, marketing and engineering team to win more projects and make reply to customer tender;
Coordinate engineering quality team to improve quality issues on a continual basis;
Be responsible for back section;
Coordinate and communicate well with other function groups in the company.


Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, electronics or related), MBA is desirable;
Minimum of 5 year selling experience in renewable energy industry;
Capable to drive a growing business in this market;
Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills;
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement;
Strategic thinking, capable to make strategic decisions;
Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management;
Dedicated to improving results.


The position is located in Munich, Germany;
Frequent travelling worldwide is required;
Fluent English, written and spoken, is a must, other languages desirable;

Candidates can be an expatriated Chinese national, as well as a European and/or American staying in Europe. In terms of remuneration, depending upon age, experience and qualification, an annual gross target salary of about 40,000-60,000 Euro.
