Our client is part of a large Japanese group and is a rapidly growing internationally operating company in the area of Solar Photovoltaics with its headquarters in Berlin, Germany. They offer

services in all project development phases. They carry out the planning, financing and realization of freestanding solar power plants in the megawatt class, and via their subsidiary, they provide the

associated technical and commercial management as well as quality assurance.

Currently the company is active on the markets of six European countries: Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, UK and Germany. So far they have developed large scale PV power plants with a total output of more than 100 MW. It is the groups aim to build a large number of solar power plants in the coming years, thus making a significant contribution to the production of environmentally friendly electricity.

To strengthen the team at the Berlin Headquarters, we are looking at the earliest possible date for a

Project Sales Manager

Scope of tasks:

· Conduct the project-sales-process

· Investor acquisition and Relationship Management

· Sales negotiations with Investors

· Negotiations and closing of deals with Broker including monitoring of these contracts

· Monitoring and development of buyers market

· Support in designing innovative and international project finance concepts

· Structuring of asset deals and share deals (in Germany and abroad)

· Preparation of contracts and conduct contractual negotiations with banks and financial institutions

· Summary of all relevant information and documents to prepare the internal financing and strategic decisions

Your profile:

· University education, preferred in law or Business Administration (focus on Investment and financing)

· Experience in the capital market, bank, fund, financial services or consulting references

· Confident appearance, strong assertiveness and established negotiation skills

· Good knowledge of Business English in speaking and writing

· Good knowledge of MS Office

· Willingness to international travel

· Creativity and strategic view

· Identifying with inter-divisional team work and in different countries

Position: Full time (40 h)

Reporting Structure:

The holder of the position reports directly to the Managing Director.
