We are looking for an exceptional Solar experienced Quality Director to lead and manage the Company’s global

Quality Assurance functions.



Reporting to the COO this role is responsible for creating an overall quality vision and

implementing systems to nurture quality excellence.



This position is based near Stuttgart and is a key for the continued success and growth of the Company.



Responsibilities

Create the company’s quality strategic plans and guide the company to meet those

plans

Establish the quality goals and quality metrics for the company

Deploy, manage and maintain the quality system and documentation

Oversee all Quality Assurance efforts and drive continuous improvement efforts

throughout the company

Establish supplier management and external audit programs

Coordination and management of ISO 9000 program

Management and resolution of customer related quality issues

Provide leadership to quality team



Requirements:

10 years previous experience from the solar industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Strong leadership and team building skills

Professional qualification in quality systems
